KeithBRAITHWAITEPassed away peacefully at Royal Derby Hospital on 15th October. Aged 71 years. Beloved husband to Gillian, loving father to Laura and Kev and devoted grandad to Charlie and Isla. Keith will be sadly missed, by all who knew him. A Funeral Service will take place at Markeaton Crematorium Main Chapel on Thursday 14th November at 12.30pm.

Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Keith to The Stroke Association can be left at the service or given online via Keith's tribute page at www.wathalls.co.uk Enquiries to Wathall's 01332 504026
