PatriciaBRAYGreta, passed away peacefully on 14 September, at Hartley Park Care Home.
She will be missed by family and friends deeply, but remembered for her style, caring nature and determination.
Service to be held at Tamar Valley Crematorium on 7 October at 10.00am. Please wear what you respectfully feel comfortable in, but not black.
