EuniceBRELSFORDMrs Eunice Brelsford died in hospital after a short illness on Friday, January 5, aged 89 years.
As a mother and wife, she was married to husband Jim (late) and had children Valerie (late), Stephen, Karen, Mark and Richard along with 13 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
She was well known having lived in Loveclough most of her life. Prior to retiring along with husband Jim she was the stewardess at Loveclough Social Club (formerly Loveclough Working Men’s Club) for 15 years. She led an active life throughout; keeping herself physically fit with walking, gardening and enjoyed frequent holidays abroad.
Meeting at Alderson and Horan (Goodshaw) at 11.30am followed by a eulogy service held at the Top Club, Loveclough on Friday, January 26 at 12.30pm. After which the burial will take place at Rawtenstall Cemetery at 1.30pm, returning to the Top Club for the wake and the opportunity to share memories and catch up with old friends and acquaintances.
Everyone is welcome to attend any part of the day they choose, and your company will be appreciated and valued by the family.
