BRIAN CONNOLLYIt was on Feburary 9th 1991 when I first saw The Glam rock legend Brian (Blockbuster) Connolly the original lead singer of The Sweet in concert at The Lewisham Theater, now known as The Broadway Theater. We sang a duet together singing the sweet classic Popa Joe, and he likes to speak Jamaican twang, a great artist and his glam rock classics still live on forever.
