AliceBRIDDONWe are sad to announce that Alice Briddon, nee Saggerson of Terregles Street, Dumfries and formerly of Werneth, Oldham passed away at 6.45 pm on 14th July. She died peacefully at the age of 98 years old after a short illness, in the house where she lived with her beloved daughter Alison and son in law James, her eldest daughter Kathryn and husband Stephen were close by. Alice was a true Lancashire Lass, she was much loved and will be greatly missed by family and friends. In line with her wishes; Alice will be cremated and her ashes scattered on the family grave and in the garden of remembrance at Hollinwood Cemetery in Oldham. May Alice rest in peace.
