EdnaBRIGGSPassed away peacefully in hospital on Wednesday 22nd July, aged 73 years. A dearly loved mum of Denise, Joanne, Charlotte and the late Karen, a treasured grandma of Jennifer, Ben, Luke, Chelsea, Morgan, Grace, Tom and the late Jessica, a loving great grandma and a much loved sister of Christine. Edna will be very sadly missed by all her family and those who knew her. A celebration of life service was held on Thursday at Accrington Crematorium. Donations in memory of Edna are welcomed for Christies Hospital or Monkey World, either over the phone, by post or by envelope drop off at the funeral home (Accrington or Oswaldtwistle), Barton & Hallworth Funeral Service, The Old Foxhill, 136-8 Union Road, Oswaldtwistle.
