Known him 50 Yr, got drunk with him Gris, Stan and Skelton Green Chris many a time, Used to love winding Starlite crew up by telling 'em Dodler and Lin'dle lads were Coming in, Seen him in action, enjoyed every minute of his company,

Alan brought Norman and I many ‘unusual’ gifts... we loved the fresh fish. Seeing Alan’s face light up handling pigeons we gave him, was a joy. His love of birds and nature brought out the best in him, but I will never forget his many hilarious stories about his life... truly unforgettable xxx I would say R.I.P., but I think Alan will be causing Merry hell where ever he goes🙈😊
