DerekBROOKOn March 11th, 2015. Suddenly but peacefully at his home in Meltham, Derek aged 81 years. The beloved husband of Shirley, much loved dad of Sandra and Nigel, dear father-in-law of Patrick and Kath, a devoted and proud grandad to Dale, Grant, Joe, Sam, Bethany and Natalie, and adored great-grandad to William. Funeral Service at St. Bartholomew's Church, Meltham on Wednesday, March 25th at 1.30 p.m., followed by Cremation at Huddersfield Crema- torium. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if wished are to be shared between R.F.L. Benevolent Fund and The Forget-Me-Not Children's Hospice c/o Radcliffe Funeral Service, 16 Westgate, Honley, Holmfirth, HD9 6AA, or a donation box will be available at the Service.
