DerekBROOKShirley and family wish to thank most sincerely all relatives, friends and neighbours for kind expressions of sympathy, letters, cards and beautiful flowers received in their sad loss of a much loved husband, dad, grandad and great-grandad. The presence of so many at the Church was a great support to us all and much appreciated, as are the donations given for The R.F.L. Benevolent Fund and The Forget-Me-Not Childrens Hospice. Special thanks to Dr. Mitchell and all at The Cobbles Surgery, Dr. A. Graham and Sally for all their care, kindness and support to Derek and the family, also to Rev. John Radcliffe for his visit, kind words and comforting Service.
