PamelaBROOKERDave, Jason, Linzi and families wish to thank most sincerely all relatives and friends for kind expressions of sympathy and cards of condolence received in their sad and sudden loss of Pam. The presence of so many at the crematorium was a great support to us all and much appreciated as are the donations given for The British Heart Foundation. A special thank you to David Woodhead and Martin for all their help and support over the last three weeks. Also to Christine Freeman for her visit, kind words and comforting service and to Gwen at Radcliffe Funeral Service for all her help and patience with the funeral arrangements.
