Patricia AnnBROOKESIt is with great sadness we announce Pat passed away peacefully surrounded by love on 5th May 2023 Aged 80 years. Loving Mum to Louise, Paul & Simon. Devoted Grandma to Chloe, Holly & Olivia. Pat will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all her loving family and friends.
