Patricia AnnBROOKES(née Moss) Peacefully on Monday 18th December 2023 at home. Pat, aged 75 years of Burslem.

Devoted Wife of the late Trevor Brookes. Loving Mum of Wendy, Lindsey & the late Leigh. Treasured Nanna, Great Nanna, Sister and Aunty. Pat will always be loved and sadly missed by all her Family and many friends.

Funeral Service to take place at St Johns Church, Burslem on Thursday 18th January 2024 at 12.15pm. Followed by cremation at Bradwell Crematorium.

Would relatives please accept this intimation and friends wishing to attend please meet at the Church.

Flowers are welcome.
