JackieBROOKS(Late of Sileby) Passed peacefully away at LOROS Hospice on Friday 26th June 2015 aged 68 years. Reunited with her beloved Husband Den. Loving Mam to David, Andrew, Racheal and Christine. Loving Nan and Great Nan. Jackie will be sadly missed by all. Such happy memories will stay with us forever and we will miss you more than words can say. You will forever be in our hearts. Jackie's Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday 7th July 2015 at 12.30pm at Loughborough Crematorium, Leicester Road, LE11 2AP.
