Patricia DianeBROUGHTONUnexpectedly on Saturday 12th September 2026 whilst in the care of Scunthorpe General Hospital, Di, aged 72 years. Di lived a life full of love, laughter, and dedication to family and was known for her quick wit and wicked sense of humour.
Devoted life partner of Perry, loving mum of Lyndy, Jon, Leon, Selena and Jamie. Mother-in-law to Wayne, Courtney and Lorraine. Sister to Thom. Loving nanna to 11 grandchildren, great nanna to 5 great grandchildren, and a wonderful friend to many. Her warmth, wise advice, and gentle spirit has left a lasting mark on everyone who knew her.
A celebration of Di's life will be held Tuesday 6th October, at Woodlands Crematorium, Scunthorpe, 11:20am. All attending are invited to wear something bright and colourful.
Family flowers only please by request, however, donations in memory of Di may be made to the Dogs Trust or Cat Protection, both causes very close to her heart, and may be left at the service or sent direct to the charities.
