John died peacefully in hospital with his family at his side on Wednesday 12th November 2014, aged 82 years, ever loving husband to Ann, a devoted and loving dad to John, Michael, Anna, Richard and Karyn, and father-in-law to Edith, Louise and David, a wonderful grandad to Anthony, Jasmine, Sebastian, Amelia, Ben, Haike and Ioannis and great grandad to Wilhelmina and Sonny, a caring and loving brother and brother-in-law to Norma and Maurice, Ken and Carol, Janice and Roy, Allen, Joan, Jean, Anthony, Mary and Joan and a dear uncle to all his nieces and nephews. Please meet for Requiem Mass at St. Cuthbert's R.C Church, Kenton, NE3 3QR on Monday 24th November at 10.00am followed by interment at The West Road Cemetery at 11.30am. Family flowers only please, donations if desired can be made at the service in aid of St. Oswald's Hospice. After the service all are welcome back to The Coxlodge Club, Jubilee Road.
