Canon Philip Ziomek (Nottingham), Deacon Stephen Durkin and Amanda Mellows and Team for their much appreciated support in all of the arrangements. To all of the Staff at Lindsey Hall Care Home, Cleethorpes, Dr. Roy, Clee Medical, District Nursing Staff, Admiral Nurse, Tracy Abbott for all their dedicated care and support.
