Sadly passed away suddenly, a fortnight apart.

Much loved and dearly missed by their children Jason, John, David, Natasha and Ashton. Cherished by their Grandchildren Amy, Ebony, Emily and Rachel. Great grandchildren Jayden and Grace. Treasured by Pat and Dave's sisters and Brothers.

Forever in our hearts

A funeral service will be held on Saturday 13th December at 10am at St Georges Church, Village Street, Derby, followed by committal at Trent Valley Crematorium at 11.30 am, and then onto The Norman Arms for the celebration of their life together.

Family flowers only. Donations may be given in lieu to the charity Mind.

Happy Heavenly Birthday Mum!

Although it's your Birthday it's still just another day without you in my life. The day I lost you is still the hardest day to have to come to terms with.

I hope you are up there now celebrating your life with Dad and Jason and looking down on us with your beautiful smile.

I am really struggling to come to terms with your loss and there's a massive hole in my life that cannot be filled at the moment.

I have found comfort in spending time with David, Tasha, Ashton, the last of a great family which you nurtured and forged into who we are today and of who I am incredibly proud of and for this I thank you.

I will try to maintain the love that you passed onto me down to them and help them come to terms of losing you.

In my heart ❤️ you'll always stay where you are loved beyond measure.
