Just learned today of Frank's passing through an old work colleague. Frank was at Land Headquarters as the Westland's rep when I first met him around 2007. An instantly likeable man, we stayed friends for many years. He was very supportive when I left the Navy and started in industry. I still have warm memories of chats over coffee with him, he was a breath of fresh air at Land HQ, always ALWAYS smiling. We stayed in touch, occasionally bumping into each other at meetings which was always a happy surprise. We lost touch a little after I moved abroad but I kept those wonderful wonderful memories. I still have his business card from those early days and can still see that indomitable smile under that impressive moustache! I just wanted to let you know what a warm kind happy man he was at work and how he passed that on to many of us.
