Jeremiah (Jez)BUCHANAN4th March, 2019 Passed away suddenly aged 57 years at his home in Mirfield. Jez was the much loved son of Mary and Ashley; father of Joseph and Arron; caring brother to Grant, Jen, Leroy, Ursula, Viola and Venetta; uncle to Jacob, Laura-Leigh, Olivia and Cairo and good friend to many. A celebration of Jez's life will be held at Church of God of Prophecy, Stile Common Road, 11.30am on Monday 15th April followed by interment at the Rose Hill Burial Ground, Birkby. Any floral tributes to D.J. Screen & Sons Funeral Home, Fartown. Tel: 01484 452220, before 10.30am on the funeral day. Will friends please accept this intimation and meet at the Church.
