Special thanks to Uncle Dave and Auntie Annie, Uncle Alf, Ken Ritchie, Mary Robinson, Diane Elston, Sheila and Colin Thomas, Al Graham, Paul Matthews, Gerry Shawcross, Adam and Mike on Ward 9B and Staff, Nurses and Doctors on Ward 11B of Southport Hospital and Ainsdale Surgery for all their help and kindness. Grateful thanks also to Rev. Tim Hall for his kind ministrations, also Moisters and all Staff for their help and dignified Funeral arrangements.
