Special thanks to Danielle Fotheringham, civil celebrant, who conducted the very moving ceremony, the staff on ward E1 at North Manchester General Hospital for their good care of Norman and to the staff at Premier Care who helped with Norman's care for the past 12 months and also to S. Wellens and Sons for their funeral arrangements.
