Michael McKenzieBULLFollowing Mike's death on 6th June, Lesley, Sally and Chris Bull would like to express their sincere thanks to their family, friends, Mike's former work colleagues and the East Cheshire Ramblers for the amazing support, expressions of sympathy and generous donations to UNICEF given in his memory. Thanks are also extended to the Doctors and District Nurses at South Park Surgery and to the Staff and Volunteers at the East Cheshire Hospice. The support and assistance provided by Richard Morrey of Andrew Smith Funeral Services and the contribution made by Celebrant Vincent Davies were also much appreciated, together with the hospitality provided by Macclesfield Town Football Club.
