Philip ArthurBULLER(Phil) Suddenly on 11th August 2021 in hospital. Phil aged 59 years of Billington and formerly of Baxenden. The dearly loved husband of Glynis, loving stepfather of Stuart and Corrinne, also a dear brother of Lynne, Peter, and Margaret, and loved by all the family. Reposing in 'Peacehaven' Chapel of Rest. A service will be held at Clitheroe Salvation Army, 31 Lowergate, Clitheroe BB7 1AD on Thursday 26th August at 11.45am, followed by cremation at Accrington Crematorium at 1pm. Family flowers by request. Donations, if desired, are invited for and sent directly to the Clitheroe Branch of the Salvation Army, c/o Captain Elizabeth Smith, 14 Dunster Grove, Clitheroe, BB7 2QL. Funeral arrangements by Brian Price and Son Ltd., Funeral Directors. Tel: 01200 441297.
