Philip ArthurBULLER(Phil) Suddenly on 11th August 2021 in hospital. Phil aged 59 years of Billington and formerly of Baxenden. The dearly loved husband of Glynis, loving stepfather of Stuart and Corrinne, also a dear brother of Lynne, Peter, and Margaret, and loved by all the family. Reposing in 'Peacehaven' Chapel of Rest. A service will be held at Clitheroe Salvation Army, 31 Lowergate, Clitheroe BB7 1AD on Thursday 26th August at 11.45am, followed by cremation at Accrington Crematorium at 1pm.
