Joyce ElaineBURFIELDPassed away on Friday the 15th of May 2026, in the care of Lindsey Lodge Hospice.

Joyce leaves her forever loving husband Roy, Daughters Sarah, Claire and Tanya, Grandchildren Liam, Luke, Ana and Lily, Great Grandchildren and her very special family and friends.

Joyce requested that there be no funeral service. In keeping with this, the family would ask that people remember Joyce in their own special way.

Our precious family. Where life begins and love never ends.

Joyce was a magnificent person; I always appreciated her quiet wisdom and strength. Family meant everything to her, and I will always treasure the memories of our Central Park picnics and the Gateway Drama Club days gone by. There is a Joyce-shaped hole in my world now, and I feel her absence so deeply. Sending my deepest sympathy and biggest hugs to Roy, Claire, Sarah, Tanya, and allll the grandkids. I will never forget the beautiful light Joyce brought into my life.

We greatly admired Joyce's values to family and friends. Her contribution to the learning disability community was outstanding. She was so generous of her time and effort. The world needs more people like Joyce.
