ChristineBURGES (Fairfax-Ross)Fairfax-Ross Christine died peacefully at home on 16th March 2021 aged 82. Widow of the late Michael Burges, Mother to Annabelle (deceased), Caroline, Jessica and Lucy and grandmother of ten. Private family funeral was held in Edenbridge on 30th March. Donations if desired can be made online via JustGiving.com to Edenbridge Holiday Activities Scheme. Christine set up EHAS almost 50 years ago helping disadvantaged families in Edenbridge and the surrounding area for which she was awarded the MBE in 1997.
