HazelBURGESS(Wardley). Peacefully in hospital on 4th December, Hazel (nee Simpson), beloved wife of the late Allen, loving mother of Nigel and Sandra, dear mother-in-law of Yvonne and Stephen, much loved grandma of Gemma, Laura, Jamie and Andrew and loving great grandma of Abby. Friends invited to service at Saltwell Crematorium on Friday 12th December at 11.15am.
