Mrs. Pat Burgess and Children John, Patsy, Jimmy and Colette wish to give a heartfelt thank you to everyone who sent cards, wishes and donations to the memory of John Burgess. A special thank you is offered to the Doctors, Nurses and Staff of the Lunsdale Surgery, Kirkby Lonsdale for all the care they have shown John and myself these last few years. Although John was a loud, jovial person inside he was very loving who would help anybody and I know he would like me to thank you all. All donations were given to Hedley Court.
