David AlecBURNSOn 28th October 2026, peacefully at Leeds General Infirmary, David aged 83 years of Kirkburton. The dearly loved husband of the late Gillian, much loved dad of Dan and Lucy, father in law of Joanne and Richard, a proud and devoted grandad of Noah, Sam, Freya, Ben and Sophie, a loved brother of Jacqueline and a very good friend to many.

Funeral service at All Hallows Church, Kirkburton on Friday 27th November at 11.15 am followed by a private family committal.

Family flowers only please. Donations if wished may be given for The Kirkwood c/o Radcliffe Funeral Service, The Lindens, New Road, Kirkheaton, Huddersfield, HD5 0JB or online at radcliffefuneralservice.co.uk - obituaries. A donation box will be available at the service. Will friends please accept this intimation and meet at the Church.
