Devoted Grandma of Peter, Katie, George, Thomas, Alice and Amy. Pat will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all her family and friends. The funeral service will take place on Tuesday 15th November 2016 at St Wilfrids Catholic Church Ashton. IN. Makerfield at 11am followed by committal at St Helens Crematorium.
