David JohnBUSHENPassed away peacefully on July 16th, 2023, after an extended period of ill health. A much loved husband to Jackie, father to Daniel, elder son of Sallie and the late John Bushen of Cranleigh and brother to Rosalind and Philip. The funeral service will take place in the Chapel of Cranleigh School, Horseshoe Lane, Cranleigh GU6 8QQ on Tuesday August 15th at 11.30am and after at Cranleigh Village Sports & Social Club, Parsonage Road, Cranleigh GU6 7AN. All are welcome. The family invite you to wear a splash of blue in honour of David's beloved Chelsea football club. No flowers please, but donations, if desired, in David's memory may be made to two charities important to David in his latter years, Prostate Cancer UK and Screech Owl Sanctuary, Cornwall (towards wheelchair friendly family seating) via www.love2donate.co.uk.
