Wife of the late Richard Hendy Butcher, mother of Amanda, Tom and Oliver and grandmother of Alice, Miles, Florence and Harry. Service on Friday August 27 at 11.00 am. St Mary's Church, Julian Road, Bath. No flowers. Donations, if wished, directly to the Camphill Village Trust and Children's Hospice South West, Charlton Farm.
