Sarah JaneBUTTERWORTH(Jean) Peacefully at rest on 4th April 2018 at the Royal Stoke University Hospital. Jean aged 86 years of Bradwell. Devoted Wife of the late Cyril, much loved Sister of Eric, Dennis, John, Margaret, Ron and the late William, George and Dorothy, a dear Sister-in-law and Aunt.
Jean will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all her loving family and friends.
Funeral service and cremation to be held at Bradwell Crematorium on Friday 4th May 2018 at 12.40pm. Will all relatives please accept this the only intimation, friends wishing to attend please meet at the crematorium.
Family flowers only, donations preferred to the Douglas Macmillan Hospice.
