Two years since you were unexpectedly taken away from us.

It's been the hardest two years of my life. Life can be so cruel.

Dylan is looking more like you every day and Amelia has your witty sense of humour. I know they will always be your "favourite kids". They both miss you so much.

Not a day goes by where you are not in my thoughts. I am always proud to have you as my Dad.
I am so grateful for all the memories, I just wish we could have had many more.

Happy Heavenly Fathers day Dad. We honestly couldn't have wished for a better Dad, Grandad or Father In Law than you and that's why losing you is so hard. Dylans footy awards the other day and a brill school report for Amelia, just some of the things I would always look forward to sharing with you. They are continuing to make you proud! A year of '1st's'. I've woke up the same as I did this time last year, the same as everyday, it hitting me that you are no longer here. You taught me everything apart from how to live without you and it's the hardest thing in the world. I miss you when I'm feeling poorly "Are you feeling betterer" "How's chunk" -even though Dylan hasn't been a chunk for years "Does Amelia want a cuddle off her Grandad" - which a lot of the time you had to chase her for as it turned into a game and your replies of "okakes". I miss the amount of love you have always shown us, your smile, your hugs, your laugh, the best advice and the way you could always lift me up and make me laugh when I was feeling down. You've always made me feel like the most loved daughter in the world. Here's to a year of '2nd's' which I know will not be any easier than the '1st's', as you are in my thoughts and broken heart every day.
