Special thanks to Dr Gardi, the Crisis Team, District Nurses and Teonfa Care. The funeral service will be held at 2.30pm, on Tuesday the 7th May, at The Church of Ascension, Crownhill. Followed by the committal at Efford Crematorium. Family flowers only. Donations may be made payable to either Help for Heroes or St Luke's Hospice, by way of retiring collection at the service.
