EvelynCAIRNS(West Denton) Evelyn died at home on Monday 12th December 2022, aged 85 years, after a life well lived. Her loving family were by her side. Dearly beloved wife of James Cairns. A loving mother of Christine, Jacqueline, Michael, Sandra and Tony, and mother-in-law to David, Jonathan and Stephen. Proud grandma of Rebecca, Callum, Joseph, Kate, Alfie, Ella, Jake and Amy, and great-grandma to Hugo. Much loved sister of Sylvia and Pat. Special mention to Evelyn's in-laws: Anne, Tom, Robert, Alan, Carol and Richard and a special friend to so many, including Cathy Richardson. Would family and friends please meet for the funeral service at the West Road Crematorium, on Tuesday 3rd January at 1:15 pm. Family flowers only, please. Donations can be made at the time, if so desired, to Cancer Research UK.
