Morriston Hospital.
Diane, formerly of Birchgrove and Bonymaen, adored wife to Brian, loving mam to Debbie, Michelle, Anthony and the late Helen, much loved mother-in-law to Stephen, Wayne and Helen, cherished nan to Carl, Katryn, Christopher, Sarah, Abbie, Lee, Natasha, Nathan, Noel and Nicholas and to all her great grandchildren.
Diane will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at Swansea Crematorium on Friday 26th July at 3:00pm
