Thinking of you at this time, Alan.
I have many great memories of our long time friendship. Sadly, you were taken too early, my friend. Hoping you have found your happy place.

Happy times in the 70s holidaying in Devon, B&B with Carole, who sends condolences and reminded me of how she did her best to serve us with lashings of traditional Devon clotted cream on puddings, only to have Alan remark, ‘Don’t they have custard in Devon?’
