PeggyCARGILLCARGILL - PEGGY (Nee Wynne), March 11, 2020. In her 98th year passed away at home in Edinburgh. Last surviving child of Bill and Nellie Wynne, Shaws Ave, Birkdale, parents she loved dearly. She battled with dementia for eleven years and is survived by her daughter Elspeth.
