Funeral service to be held at St Hilda's Chapel Teesside Crematorium on Wednesday 28th June at 2.45pm. Floral tributes welcome or alternatively donations to Guide Dogs, Teesside Hospice or charity of your choice. A donation box will be provided after the service. No specific dress code.
