You were so Brave and selfless to the end, cheated of the memories we still had to make, you were loved so much by all and will forever be in our hearts. God bless you Dad all our love always from your heartbroken daughter Helen and partner Elliott.

John Michael Carlisle,sadly lost his brave and courageous battle against cancer on Sunday 12th September 2021.
Gone too soon, so much more you had planned to do.
We were privileged to have you in our lives.
You have gone from one heaven with angels, Hayward House, to another.
God bless dear treasured friend, Godfather, Uncle & drinking partner.
