Dear husband of 72 years to Pamela. Loving father to Susan, Elaine, Paul, Andrew and partners Paul, Terry, Elina and Marlise. Adored grandfather of Sophie, Sadie, Aimie, Joseph, Luke, Lucy, Caroline, James, Rachel and Jodie, his numerous step, great and great, great grandchildren and wider family members. Former proprietor of the New Hearing Centre in Royal Parade. Ian will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Ian's funeral ceremony will be held on 28th September 2026, 3pm at Tamar Valley Crematorium, Tamerton Rd, PL6 7BQ. Feel free to wear colourful clothes in celebration of Ian's life. Attendees are invited to join the family afterwards at Sir Francis Drake Bowling Club, Whiteford Rd, PL3 5LZ. Family flowers only please. Donations made in memory of Ian will benefit Sense www.sense.org.uk and Dementia UK www.dementiauk.org
