RonaldCARR(Hillheads formerly of Scotswood) Peacefully at home with his loving family by his side on 21st April aged 85 years. Ronald (Ronnie). Beloved Husband of the late Lily. A dearly loved Dad of Angie, Dawn, Rachel and Ronnie. Also a dear Father in Law of Dave, Allen, Michael and Claire and a much loved Grandad of Shaun, Nicola, Deborah, Melanie, Michael and Rebecca and a much loved Great Grandad. Ronnie will be dearly missed by all the family. Cremation at the West Road Crematorium on Friday 13th May at 11:45am. Friends please meet at the Crematorium. All welcome back to the Blacksmiths at Belsay for refreshments. All enquiries to R W Barrett & Son Funeral Services, 379 West Road, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE15 7NL, Tel 0191 2410873.

To my lovely dad it’s been 1 whole year I have not seen your face. I miss you every day dad, my heart is broken. I look at photos and I remember all the good times we had over the years. I still hear the sound of your voice, I hope you and our Mam are together and I know you are watching over us. I miss your sayings like lovely jubb see you again and when you got all our names mixed up eeeee I miss you so much dad I hope you have found peace and rest. Love you always dad xxxxx

Thinking of our lovely neighbour Ronnie. Always had a smile on his face. Now reunited with his beloved Lily. Its been a pleasure and a privilege to live next door to such a lovely couple.
