Devoted mum of Jackson and loved partner of Ash. Beloved daughter of David & Susan, and treasured sister of Chrissie.
Funeral Service will be held at Flintshire Memorial Park and Crematorium on Tuesday 30th July at 1pm.
Family flowers only please, but donations in Leanne's memory will be shared between Wrexham Cats Protection and the NSPCC.
