Peacefully in hospital, surrounded by her loving family on 19th December 2023, aged 72 years. Devoted wife of Rob, dearest mam of Ian, Lee and Kim, forever loved grandma, and treasured great grandma. Avis was also a special mother-in-law, and friend of many. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Friends are invited to join Avis's family to celebrate her life on Friday 12th January at Saltwell Crematorium, at 2:30pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu will be received on the day with proceeds going to The Diabetic Association. A Donations box will be available at the crematorium.
