Son of the late Dr. Paul Carslake. Now at Peace.

Funeral Service at Chelmsford Crematorium on Tuesday 24th October at 2.30pm. No Black needed to be worn. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for the Guide Dogs and/or Essex & Herts Air Ambulance may be sent to T Pennack & Sons, Funeral Directors.
