Deep gratitude and special thanks go to Dr Booth, Kath's GP for taking very good care of her, for their devotion to Kath and their kindness to the family, heartfelt thanks and appreciation go to Community Matrons Zoe Ahearne and Fiona Cooper and the staff of St Lukes Hospice (especially Tracey Clarke and Pat Darlington) and to Jo, Tracey and Yvette.
