Michael DavidCASBURN22nd March 1960 --- 6th December 2020 Passed away peacefully whilst sleeping at home. Michael leaves his two sons, Jake and Zach, his partner Michelle and her children Ryan and Lucy. Michael was a family man and beloved friend to many. Funeral service will be held at Barnby Moor Crematorium at 2pm on Friday, 18th December 2020. No flowers. Donations for Cancer Research UK will be gratefully received by Funeral Directors, G.D. I am completely shocked. I was planning to come and meet Michael next week to go for a beer. What a terrible loss. He was so much fun, amusing, challenging, always charming, occasionally (humorously) rude and generous. we used to cycle together every week when he lived in Chesham. Recently, we've met once a year or so. I knew he had had operations before, but I guess typically, he played it down. My thoughts are with Michelle, Jake and Zach. He will be sorely missed. MP

I am so sad to hear of the loss of Michael. He was always so kind to me & made me laugh, I particularly recall a time when we were golfing, he was driving the golf buggy like he was on a formula 1 race track whilst doing Hiawatha Indian noises loudly!! 😁 The other golfers did not look amused but we were both in fits of laughter.
The world has lost a great man.

Taken far too soon. Such a funny, sarcastic, generous and kind gentleman and brother-in-law. Thank you for making my sister so happy and giving us t’two extra nephews. Keep a watch over all of us from up there kartoffelkopf. Xxx
