CASSIDYSuddenly butpeacefully, at Roadmeetings Hospital Carluke, on 1st December, 2009, MICHAEL, aged 80 years, elder son of the late Michael and Mary Cassidy, brother of Cathie and Manus and James (deceased).Precious memories.Manus and Cathie wish to thank relatives and friends for the kindness and sympathy shown on this sad occasion. Also special thanks to Father James Naughton of St.Athanasius, Carluke and the SVDP in catering for his religious duties by visiting at the hospital for nine years. To Father Dominic Quinn and Canon Patrick O'Sullivan (St. Brendan's Muirhouse Motherwell) for conducting the Requiem Mass and the Interment. To James Sherry & Sons (Funeral Services) for handling their duties in a sensitive manner. To Isa Money Centre Muirhouse for the First Class catering. Also to the staff at Roadmeetings (Sisters, Nurses, Auxiliaries, Domestics) who all contributed to his comforts with TLC during his long stay. One cannot express our gratitude enough at the standard of care.Last but not least the small band of his relatives and friends who visited him so diligently during his long stay in hospital.
