HazelCASSIDYPassed away peacefully on December 9th Aged 84 years.

Devoted wife to the late Tony. Cherished mother of Mark and Barry also a much loved mother-in-law to Michelle and Julie. Treasured nana to Kerry and Leanne. Adored great nana to Jack, Scarlett, Leo and Joshua. Also a dear sister-in-law, aunty and friend.

Would family and friends please meet for service and cremation at Kirkleatham Crematorium on Thursday December 21st at 3:00pm.

Please wear a splash of turquoise in Hazel's memory.

Family flowers only. Donations in lieu are in support of the Great North Air Ambulance.
