Ronald ErnestCASSIDYRon passed away peacefully at Birmingham Hospice on 24 December 2023, aged 71 years. Beloved husband of Mary, cherished Dad of Nicola, Sally & Adam, wonderful grandad to Zak, Ethan, Finn, Xander, Fraiser and Alex, loving father-in-law to Jon, Dean and Heather and brother to Derek. Ron will be missed by many and will forever be in our hearts and thoughts. Funeral service to take place at Woodlands Crematorium, Coleshill on Tuesday 30 January 2024 at 12 noon. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Birmingham Hospice (Erdington). Enquiries to Co-Op Funeral on 0121 776 7749.

The extensive number attendees at Ron’s funeral is a testament to how well he was thought of and respected. It was a privilege to read his eulogy. A special friend whom I will miss in particular and will be missed by everyone. He will live in our memories as the years pass by.
